Yes, the economics class I'm taking is going well, thanks for asking... And yes, the class does apparently meet today... the day before the 4th of July... I'm not sure as to why that seems so criminal. Regardless, I just thought I'd make the quick announcement that the CylonBum Widget has reached about 1,000 downloads... I've got this picture of the status page, and being fairly good with photoshop, you're just going to have to take my word that it is in fact legit. Anyway here it is:


Now, I know what you're probably thinking... "What's the difference between visits and hits?" well, best I can make of it, hits are all requests, where as visits tries to bundle requests by the same ip into just one request... Now I know you're thinking that should make for a more accurate number... And you're probably right... But there's nothing to say that those multiple requests weren't for reasons other than faster or even multiple downloads... nothing at all.... So I choose to use the perhaps slightly inflated number. Besides, it's not as if "visits" is far behind "hits" and going with one over the other gives me just one more thing to celebrate this July 4th.
